How do I order a product?

Visit our website, find the desired product, and click on the order option. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

When will I receive my ordered item?

All products are shipped within 1-2 business days.  All products are shipped priority and will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Can I return a product? What is the process?

Yes, you can return any physical item within 30 days of delivery. Log into your account, go to your order history, and follow the instructions for returns. Check our Returns and Exchanges Policy below for details.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Healing Pages by KQH Counseling, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below:

Returns:

  • You may return your book within 30 days of receiving it.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.

  • Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

 

Exchanges:

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective product to initiate the exchange process.

 

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, log into your account on our website and go to the order history section.

  • Select the order containing the product you wish to return and follow the instructions for initiating a return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on shipping the product back to us.

 

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or decline of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., sending the wrong product or a damaged/defective item).
